23 classes, from ballet to semba
Three ways into the same studio: the little ones after school, a hip hop ladder to climb, and adults — in pairs or on their own.
Ballet and contemporary on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ritmos on Mondays and Wednesdays — the first classes of the evening, straight after school.
Five groups, one step at a time: you start in Kids I and climb all the way to the Elite group.
The hip hop teacher is amazing!
After 19:30 the floor belongs to the grown-ups. Partner dances with beginner and intermediate groups, or a class for the body, on your own.
Kizomba

Escola de Dança Sintra opened its doors in Mem Martins in September 2014 with one simple idea: an evening dancing beats an evening on the sofa.
Twelve years on, the same studio fills from 17:45 with children, then teenagers, then adults who come to dance in pairs or to work out after work. The teachers pull the group together — timing, coordination — and pull the best out of each person.

I had a great experience at this school. Every teacher I dealt with is excellent at what they do — they push not only the group's timing and coordination but also the best out of each of us. On top of that, the owner was always available to give information and answer any question I had. Highly recommended!
